C\u2019est cette fonction qui permet d\u2019assurer la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience d\u2019apprentissage de la personne \u00e9tudiante. L\u2019encadrement favorise l\u2019engagement des \u00e9tudiant\u00b7e\u00b7s, leur motivation et permet d\u2019assurer le bon d\u00e9roulement des diff\u00e9rentes activit\u00e9s d\u2019apprentissage et d\u2019\u00e9valuation.<\/p><p>En tant qu&rsquo;enseignant\u00b7e, il importe de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir et de planifier l\u2019encadrement des \u00e9tudiant\u00b7e\u00b7s lors de la conception d\u2019un cours en formation \u00e0 distance. \u00c0 quel moment et comment communiquer?\u00a0 Comment v\u00e9rifier la compr\u00e9hension des \u00e9tudiants? Quels sont les outils qui peuvent aider mes \u00e9tudiants \u00e0 se retrouver? Voil\u00e0 des exemples de questions auxquels un <em>plan d\u2019encadrement<\/em> ou <em>devis d\u2019encadrement<\/em> devrait r\u00e9pondre.<\/p><p>L\u2019enseignant\u00b7e universitaire doit assurer des fonctions de tuteur\u00b7rice sur plusieurs axes (m\u00e9thodologique, p\u00e9dagogique, relationnel, technologique, etc.) et sur plusieurs plans (socioaffectif, cognitif, m\u00e9tacognitif, motivationnel, etc.).
